In the sculptor's words..."Ralph" is a satyr; the man/beast, symbol of creativity and the
intuitive. He holds a bouquet of flowers in one hand and reaches out with the other. He is
like the artist; trying to put his finger on something delicate and beautiful and having
to put himself in an extremely awkward position in order to do it. The photo is of
