Freudian's Field
Day |

|
In the sculptor's words... This is a serendipitous sculpture that's a result of two
separate encounters with people at an art festival. The first was a young woman who caught
my fancy and the second, a burly and bald biker type with a huge iguana on his shoulder.
Because the lizard is such an obvious phallic image, I thought any Freudian
could have a field day analyzing this. Other names I considered were "Jung
Lovers", "Pet me, my Pet", "He's My Reptile", "Breast
Friends", "A Handful" or "The Object of My Affections". All
are food for thought.
