People are always asking “where do you get your ideas?”  In this case the answer is “from somebody else.”  I had a commission request come over the internet with a beautiful verbal description of this goddess.  Unfortunately, by the time I could get to it, I had lost contact with my internet muse and he’s never seen it.  I’ve been working with goddess figures for 35 years (as of 2007).  This young woman has a quiet power and simple elegance that I find enchanting.   The spiral on her tummy is a symbol of the infinite.
