In the sculptor's words...
This started as a commission for a client who
is a serious cat lover. Knowing that he would respond most strongly to a cat
that really "looked" like a cat, I captured the essence of cat. I hear
over and over at shows, as someone approaches my booth, "I thought it was real!"
"Buddy" does look real because he feels so much like a cat watching
something in that special way that cats have. He also fools little children
and dogs. He is perfect for indoors or outdoors. |
